I need help passing emission on my turbo GSR. I remove the charge pipe so there's no boost and have replace many thing. Cat,O2,cap&rotor,sparkplugs,oilchange.

The first time
HC 1.65 MAX is 1.2
CO 9.5 MAX is 20
NOx .07 MAX is 3.0

Second time (retard timing to -12 and add denatured alcohol, Spark plug gap to .35)
HC 4.7 MAX is 1.2
CO 14.4 MAX is 20
NOx .32 MAX is 3.0

Do you guys no why my HC is still high? I know it unburn fuel but how can I fix this?

 

what kinda of injectors/ecu tuning you running?

 

dsm injectors + neptune. since the CO was low on the test. I pretty sure the tune is good
