Im trying to either sale my accord or trade it for a full H22 swap, my del sol threw a rod in it and am in need of another H series swap,

H23 motor(122K miles on it) ran when pulled, no smoking or knocking
2 H23 heads
motor will have to be put back together, head was pulled and was planning on a Frankenstein swap, but never made it that far, when rod was thrown, it obviously jumped time and warped my head on the H22
