semi built ls longblock w/intake manifold in twin cities
Im looking to sell my semi built b18/ls longblock with skunk2 intake manifold. The story is that I built it late spring of this year for boost in my crx. The engine runs great but I’ve already got a new engine for next year waiting to be built. So im trying to sell this to help fund my new engine. This was not my first engine build, Ive been doing this for a few years now with many Honda engines for myself and others who needed a cheap alternative to the local shops.
So here is the rundown on the longblock.
B18b1 head and cams ricky/shoebox’s old head he had sent to wagomon bro’s to have freshened up. Super clean inside and out.
Skunk 2 intake manifold
Aem cam gears
Golden eagle cam plug
New head gasket
Arp head studs
New water pump and timing belt last spring
B18a1 block, stock bore.
Tuner toys H beam rods with arp bolts
JE pistons around 9:1
Oil pan is tapped for oil return.
This block has had nothing but oem s2000 oil filters and oil changed every 2k miles. I run bkr7e spark plugs which I have pictured. This motor was run on E85 tuned by consummate tunning. I drove this engine almost daily this past summer without any major problems(I blew up one transmission). And I always use a k&n filter on my turbo which I clean regulary.
Here are the numbers I made at the mnsc dyno day at DB tuning. This was with a Holset H1C.
Next to it is my best time with drag radials,



This is a compression test I did today.





And a few pics of it in my crx. I’ll take it out once I find a buyer.
