Default is my air compressor strong enough for this?

my air compressor:
4 hp, 30 gal, 125psi, 8.8@ 40psi, 6.9@ 90psi

what is the problem? your cfm is higher than needed for the sander. so what don't you undersand? YES IT WILL WORK!
