My couzin owns a 94 honda accord sedan and one day his license plate light just stop lighting. We tried replacing the light bulb but it wasn't it. We tested to see if any power was comming through and it does. Please help!!!

 

test for power and GROUND the ground will be in the middle of the connector, if you look at the bottom of the bulb thats were the ground is, if thats good check ur fuses
