Default vibration after transmission fluid flush and replacement

i have a b16a2 in a 96 ek
i just drained the tranny fluid and replaced to what i think is the correct level. i removed the fill plug and filled from the vss hole til the fluid leaked out. is it possible to overfill if the car was jacked up from the front causing the vibration in the clutch pedal? or is the vibration due to other factors. i only feel vibration in 2nd, 3rd, and 4h gears under moderate and heavy acceleration. thanx for any help

i don't post until i've done plenty of research. it might help to state that i just swapped out my front brake assembly and replaced them with gsr brakes. while i was at it i also replaced both axles because they were clicking. here are the possibilities i have found:

1. warped rotors -
ruled out cause these were resurfaced before installation

2. air in brake lines -
possible, but i bleed both left and right. i did not bleed the rears though

3. air in clutch line -
also possible, when i took the passenger side axle out, fluid started to leak out. so i let it drain, replaced the axles, then refilled the fluid at the vss hole. could air have gotten into the line that way?

4. clutch chattering -
don't think so cause this seems to happen after the clutch is replaced. i guess it chatters until the clutch is broken in. i have had this clutch for 4 months now (about 6000 miles) with no problems til now

5. broken or loose engine mounts - fairly sure this is not it. this would make the engine or whole car vibrate. i only feel the vibration in the clutch pedal when shifting and a little vibration in the gas pedal as well.

6. alignment could be off -
thought about this for a lil bit cause my alignment is kinda off. but wouldn't that just make the steering wheel vibrate and not the clutch and gas pedals?

7. loose nuts and bolts in the suspension/brake systems -
maybe, but i tightened and double checked each nut/bolt. im too paranoid that parts will fall off on the freeway so i always double check to make sure everything is tight.

8. loose lug nuts -
nope

i can keep doing more research but i haven't found and definitive answer yet

well, in your question you didn't mention what was vibrating.

but in your little list you say the clutch and gas pedals are vibrating?

is that the only place you feel it?

after some more driving, i feel vibration coming only from the clutch and gas pedals. more from the clutch pedal than gas. this only happens during acceleration, not idling at stop lights. i notice the vibration accelerating from 2nd gear and up, not really noticeable in 1st gear. there is no vibration at the steering wheel or engine bay if that helps. thanx

well since i havnt got any help, i went ahead and did a few things. i went under the car and tightened every nut and bolt that was ever touched during the brake swap. i jiggled every piece in the brake, suspension, and steering systems. everything checked out. i looked for leaks. i drained the tranny fluid and refilled it to the proper level.
i just when on a test drive an hour ago. i still get the same vibrations in the gas and clutch pedals. but this time the sensation seems less noticeable. its still not normal. am i just getting used to the vibrating? any feedback would be appreciated. thanx

it can vary i had that problem but its WAS because of my axles being a lil' and bent. and i tweaked the CV joint in the other.

Have you checked your rack and pinion?

So what would you look for when checking for the R&P? So far I checked if it had play or any leaks or any bends and I found non.....

this post was written so long ago that i dont even remember what i did to fix it. i think after awhile the vibration just slowly went away. all the steps i did above must have worked but im not sure what the problem was. definately check and see if your r&p is in working order. i tightened down n jiggled every component to make sure nothing was vibrating from there. hope everything works out
