you might have to drill it out(step drilling,ei small to bigger) and use a tap and dye to re thread it, you might have to use a larger tap/bolt.

if this sounds like a bit much, you might contact a machine shop to see if they have any tricks, or the ability to remove it. maybe they have some long easy outs or something, or maybe they/you could make a longer one?
good luck

get a chissel or center punch and start tapping it out with a heavy hammer. the same way you pull an ignition switch.

if that doesnt work drill into it and get a reverse thread bolt remover and tap that **** in with a hammer and use vise grips to turn.. once it starts you are basicly done it just takes time

and maybe if you are really lucky you can weld another bolt to the broken one thats still in there and voilla

i agree take the bolts to home depot and find ones that are a little bit larger in diameter. buy some drill bits and a tapping tool. should cost you under $75 for the whole thing. or take it to any shop and they will do it for you for a little more money. THAT WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING EBAY CRAP. sorry if that comment was a little harsh but its true!!!!!

I'd say go for the reverse threaded bolt idea. Drill a hole in the center of the snapped bolt, tap it, thread in a reverse threaded bolt, heat the old bolt stud up with a torch, and start turning .
