Default Automatic seat belts to "normal" belts conversion

Hey guys I have a 90 EX sedan with the automatic seat belts and I'm wanting to convert it to regular seat belts found in the hatches and older sedans (88/89). Now I haven't taken off the plastic panels on the pillar yet to see what I'm dealing with but I'm not worried about that part. I will be welding a nut in the pillar for the top mount.

What I am concerned about is the retractor that sits at the bottum of the pillar. Does the non-automatic seat belt retractor bolt up in the place of the automatic seat belt retractor ? Are they the same dimensions?
