What are my options for y7 cams?? I did a little shearching but didnt come up with too much

if you`re talking about camshafts, try deltacam.com they make regrinds.

more info would help, you want a turbo cam? what`s your setup, etc.

 

Forget the y7 if anything slap a y8 head w/ a crower stg 2 cam. Still retain stock idle with a little boost in performance from the vtec an the cam.

 

yeah i looked into this myself, and found that swaping the head is a much better option, unless you are completely set out to prove that a y7 can make power, which would involve extremes in every area... aka a race or drag set up.

if you go for the y8 head you can get a valvetrain kit that makes really great power from akmee.com

 

Don't bother, it's not worth it all if that motor is stock (and I/H/E still makes it stock).
