i am new to the whole tuning scene but want to get pretty serious with it i was wondering were the best place to start is

i have a 1994 honda accord 4-door with a vtech engine

makes and models and estimated prices (maufacurer or ebay) are greatly appriciated

 

1st, its VTEC not vtech, thats a phone
