As some of you may know my R was impounded about 2 weeks ago because I supposedly had a suspended license, of which I never had and I got my car back 3 days later. Well I talked to the seargeant at the PD that impounded my car and he said what happend was that there was an error and when my name was ran they dind't bother to check my birthday or the DL number and there was another person with my name with a suspended license of which they thought was me so they impounded my car.. I dunno but I think this is a pretty dumb/big fuckup...just thought I'd give an update, I do plan to sue the PD for some kind $ prolly a couple G's for wasting my time and ****

 

cops should be protecting people not giving **** to those who didnt do anything wrong

 

Keep it low profile and settle out of court. If you don't, you'll have many a cop looking for you day in and day out. Trust me.

Don't let them get away with stuff like this, make them pay. I mean, wouldn't it suck if they impounded your car and thieves stole your chit while it was at the impound lot.

because if you try to be nice and just file a complaint, nothing is gonna happen to them or the PD. must get an attorney to do things like that.

yea and the place it was towed to .. it was just cihllign outside by the front door not fenced off or nething... unless they pulled it out cus I was coming... but then I don't remember seeing any fences either =/
