jdm b18c swap to a 2000 ek9 coupe

jdm b18c swap to a 2000 ek9 coupe
can someone please tell me what is needed for this swap. i know its a fairly direct drop in but ek9 harness doesn't fully plug into type r ecu. what can i do?
