can't get out of "trial memberhip"

OK, I know this isn't the right forum for this, but I can't post in the the H-T forum and I can't IM a mod.

I'm stuck in trial user mode, and it's been 50 days. All the FAQs I'm reading say 20 days...

Anyone know what I've got to do to get out of trial mode?
