Default Lifetime warranty?

I was looking at the used car listing on Yahoo, and came across one dealer that claims to give out lifetime warranty for all their used cars, and free replacement for batteries, tires, and brakes for life. Is this possible? Too good to be true? Any thoughts?

Ive seen crap like that before. The warranty is honored at that dealer only and ONLY if you follow EVERY little detail in the fine print.. ive seen some where you have to have EVERY service done at dealership. Who knows what their fine print includes..if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
