Relocating 94-97 ABS modulator with JDM ITR HID headlights???

Got myself a small problem bought a set of JDM ITR headlights after putting them in i realized that the ABS Modulator was blocking it from sitting properly has anyone done a relocation by building a bracket or eliminationing it all together which i reall dont want to do......can anyone help???????

Searched and found one guy who did it but his wasnt so neat so looking for a more professional job.........

Other threads have indicated that member "canuck-mx6" may have some information about relocating the ABS unit.
