Default 2008 Civic LX, automatic trans - problems so far

Hi everyone. Just got this bad boy a couple days ago, and I've already noticed a few "noise" problems. I was wondering if anybody could help me out.

1) There is that awful clicking sound coming from the right passenger side when the car goes over bumps on the road, which other people on this forum have also reported. I can't believe the dealer can't figure out the source of the sound even after people have left their cars there for 2 full days. That's just nuts.

2) When the car was parked in my garage, I was sitting in the back seat and I tried shaking the car to reproduce that clicking sound. I couldn't reproduce the sound, but I heard another sound. It sounded like water in a tank being rocked back and forth. Is that sound coming from the gas tank? Is it normal for this to happen? I've never noticed it with any other cars my family has owned. But then again we've never owned a Honda before.

3) When the radio is off and the car is quiet, I can hear clicking noises when I step on the brake. I know one of the clicks is coming from the gear shifter (ie. when you're in Park, it won't let you shift unless you're stepping down on the brake). This click is the loudest. However, there are 2 or 3 other less noticeable clicks, and I have no clue why it does this.

Can anybody else confirm these problems for me? Perhaps if you have time, try it out on your own cars.

Thanks, and have a nice day!

the water sound is from the gas tank, only happen to me when the tank is half way or lower.

Never had the other 2 problems, or maybe I'm just didn't notice.

ive also had this happen as i shift gears into drive from being in reverse. i dont know if its just me but this only happens if i dont warm up my car before driving so im not sure either, ive asked a couple of other ppl around and they say its just breaking in, but i was kinda skeptical. its been a couple of weeks since ive heard my last "clicking" noise, so maybe you just gotta give it some time. sorry if that doesnt help but thats all that i did and so far it hasnt bothered me. and yeah, the water swishing is the gas tank.

I also hear the water sound when I brake and the car comes to a complete stop. For example, if I am reversing and come to a complete stop in order to switch into Drive, right at that moment I hear the water swishing. It almost sounds like a thump.

Doesn't this mean there is not much "insulation" surrounding the gas tank? There must be very little material between the gas tank and the interior of the car. Are there no safety concerns over this?
