I just installed a climate control I bought on ebay. Before I installed the climate control the **** seemed to work fine. After installation it doesn't move and made a pop noise. Now it turns a little bit each way but not farther than that. Also, a bunch of the lights don't work? I have the gears from my old climate control if they need to be swapped. Any ideas? Greatly Appreciated!

 

when I cracked my climate control the **** was busted so I just swapped over some parts from my old climate control to the new one when I replaced it. I also reinforced it some of the small hairline cracks with apoxy
