Do you have the syn leather or the cloth? Any pics of them installed in an eg by chance please post em up. thanks everyone will help out with my decision to purchase or not

They're about as safe as one of these in your car:

I consider seats part of safety equipment, and I DO NOT cheap out on safety equipment. Your car was crash tested with the factory seats, if you can't afford a safe, tested seat leave the factory ones in there please.

Thanks for the concern. But i have a seat of racing seats in there now and the safety aspect is why im looking at getting a new seat. I have been doing a lot of research on the seats and i have not heard any horror stories about them. The cheap ebay seats yes, apc seats yes, but i havent heard anything bout the yanaka seats.

The seats i have in there now flip flop all over the place and truely scare me. If the junk yards werent so pitiful out my way i would probably just get some gsr seats or something along those lines. But they are so that option is exhausted unless i want to pay $1000 bucks for factory seats.

Thanks for your concern, but im still looking for anwsers on the quality of the material and fitment in an eg.

I just looked at the price of those seats

Even if it's $600 for a pair, I'd rather have one Recaro.

Please do not buy those. There was a local with them and when my friend sat in the drivers seat.... the backrest broke CLEAN off the ******* base. Flew into the backseat. The seat was about 2 months old. Buy something worth getting man, those things are ******* dangerous.

in my experience i've found them to be pretty safe. I was able to get a pair for 300 awhile back so i figured that was too good a deal. Well I got into a huge accident that technically didnt total my car but really should have(long story). point is the seats kept me snug and my body didn't move at all while my car got thrown up an island. in my experience, good seats. my .02.

haha, and btw i also drive my 250+ pound friend home. to be honest i was a little worried how they would hold up under that weight but they were fine. haha.
