Default Can I convert my OBD1 valve cover to OBD2?

I'm in the process of building a B20 and while prepping my B20 cover I dropped it. Big crack along the left side. It had the hole on top for the PCV valve.

So I have a B18B OBD1 cover with no hole on top and was wondering if I can just drill a hole in the same place, install the PCV and still have it work properly. Anyone done this?

As you can see there is no original hole on the B18B valve cover, hence my question.

i have had the same problem when replacing my valve cover for my b18b1...what i did is cut the tube short on the intake manifold and put a breather on it...if you do this, just remember to leave the little piece with grooves on the the tube or when you start your car, it will idle at 2.75-3.25...ouuch
