if you just buy a base seat without rails or sliders it will not matter.. at least for sparco it doesnt.

i bought a set of sparco EVO's and they are both identical.

Doesn't matter with recaros. All you need is the proper rail

Are you running seatbelts or harnesses? I would just like to answer this question:

I'm running belts, the buckle mounts to the rails which you need to swap.

so it hits the console? meaning it doesn't fit?

i believe with the recaros it does matter.. the adjustment **** should be on the inside.. it does hit your console.. that why ppl get the armrest eliminator kit.. im looking for the right driver seat as well.. they sent me two pass. seats

when you buy recaros... they usually come without rails/sliders.

so its just a seat.

the seat is universal.

but the rails/sliders are for driver/pass

Exactly

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by DAinfamousR &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i believe with the recaros it does matter.. the adjustment **** should be on the inside.. it does hit your console.. that why ppl get the armrest eliminator kit.. im looking for the right driver seat as well.. they sent me two pass. seats </TD></TR></TABLE>

You shouldn't be having that problem. Both of my recaros have the **** on the left side and my passenger doesn't even come close to hitting my center console
