what bulbs to use with jdm headlights?

jw if anyone used the password jdm wire harness for their headlights and what bulbs they used

H1 and H4

H1 for the high-beam, and H4 for the Low.
The Password:JDM harness is vary simple and easy to use!
I love it.
note: radiator reservoir gets vary close to the high beam. It best to bend the wires to the side.
