Call an importer, I've seen Jarco carrying a lot of JDM Hilux Surf 4x4 parts, maybe they can get you a clip.

 

Really dont know to many, but from reading a thread awhile ago about someone getting the Hilux clip so he can swap the diesel in got a clip from this place
