Default d16y8 Build

I have some questions about the build before I start colllecting parts. My goal is around wheel horse consistently. It is my daily driver but it will be detuned for street driving. I currently have an unbuilt d16y8 with a stock gst turbo.
I'm trying to achieve my goal doing it as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
I read in another post that sleeving isnt necessary at 300 but I'll prob be pushing between 24-30 psi. What the stats on the stock sleeve block and crank? I was going to build the head but now I'm not so sure.
Thanks for your time

One other thing is it true that using a d16y8 block I can basically use any SOHC Civic block from 92-00?

24-30psi on a d16 block, i would probably start looking for some type of sleeving. And last time i checked, 30psi is not my idea of a daily driver. For 30psi on that motor you are looking at some pretty hefty internal modifications. Pistons, rods, bearings, valves, cam, valve springs, studs, headgasket, crankshaft balancing, tuning, ect. I would just rebuild the d16 and put a turbo running 8lbs. You'll be looking at around 240 to 230 at the wheels.
