SIR Rear bumpers for sedan?????

Hi I was wondering if there is such thing as a "SIR" rear bumper for the EF sedan civic, I saw on craigslist once there was a guy selling a ef civic 4dr with a SIR rear bumper...it had two rectangular lights/reflectors built right into the bumper...If this is true i would really like to get ahold of that bumper thanks!

And no there is no such thing as an 4 door SiR rear bumper
