yes you can take those parts off all u need is a size 10 12 socket and possibly a 14. oh and a good drill bit with a good drill to drill out the welds and weld it back on to your other car
and yes u did get ripped off for only those 2 part

actually just bust a getto garage fix on your car bolt a chain to front and tie the chain arund a tree or have another car pulled on it carefully untill it goes straight. i did that on my bro ef and it looks like nuthin happen lol
thx for the quick reply... freak... im just mad about the bumper... ***** like in... straight but shitty condition... told the lady, wth?? anyways...
i think i might have to ghetto fab the front, tie it to a tree and reverse or something.
any pointers?

Nope, you can't just unbolt those parts. You are going to have to drill out the spot welds to take it off. I am actually doing my front end all this weekend. There is about 20 spot weld on each side and will take some time if you don't have a air compressor (drilled my out with a cordless
).
).

The sad thing is that many people straighten out front end damage this way. Like my dad.

My dad did that to my first EG, preacher drove me off the road and my front end met a ditch drain. It was the most ghetto repair I had ever witnessed.
