base model rsx. <-- not much of a fan but your best choice would be to booost. and get a decent tune. or supercharge if thats your thing!

this is when k pro will come in handyy.!

i wouldn't recommend an s/c if your looking for power
a base s/c barely surpasses a stock type-s

raceheaders in general will make your car "louder"
best thing you can do is keep the stock exhaust but even then, the sound will get louder

It'll definately be fun to drive and about as quick as a stock type s but with the power more down low as opposed to up top like with the a2 motor. If ur planning on keepin the base and not plannin on f/i because of costs then i think you will be quite happy.
