The other day i hit a sign and i bent the 2 pieces of shity frame in the middle so i took my bumper suport out and my bumper looks fine but now my alignment is fucked i was just wondering what any one suggests to fix that front frame that goes across from the left to right main frame someone told me to cut it out and put a steel brace across the front i already bent it back to mostly all the way straight. anyone else have any suggestions??

 

Take it to a body shop and have them fix it. You won't be able to do it yourself. You fucked up, now pay to get it corrected.

 

Any idea of what something like that would cost im not loaded which sucks.

 

Alot. Mines not as fucked up as yours, but I've been quoted well over a grand for new core support.
