My 96 dx has a slipping clutch.. and the tranny is grinding in reverse alot..

but i have my 95 dx motor leftover from my swap..

i should be able to bolt the eg tranny and clutch up on my ek right? i just need to keep the same mount right?

yeah all d series tranny are compitable..i used to run a d16z6 engine with 2000 civic ex tranny..no problem and for your reverse grinding..it is normal for a honda tranny..there is nothing u can do about it...cause it does not have any sychro...try to shift into 2nd gear first then shift to reverse..
