Slow..PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey guys i have a problem...my acceleration in my honda accord 1995 is very slow...like if i floor it ...it will take like maybe 4-5 second until she jumps to take off...its really frustrating...my engine is a f22 vtec motor..any help please?
