Default Tin can noise from front passenger side - 07 Si Sedan

My first thread in this forum but a lot of you will recognize me from Kills/GDD.

I purchased a new 07 Si Sedan last month, has a shade over 1000 miles on it.

Today I was driving to work, and I noticed what I would describe as a tinnish sounding clunk coming from my front passenger side when I go over slight bumps. I'm thinking it's a problem with the shock or strut assembly. It's definitely not the popping noise that other owners have noticed.

Is this something anyone else has experienced? I tried finding a TSB for it but to no avail. It will be going in under warranty but I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed a similar problem.

Thank you.

That's why I couldn't hear it either.

Sure you didn't leave a soda can in the door pocket??

j/k. Just take it in and have the dealer look at it. Most likely it's just a bad strut and they can replace it.

Service bulletin for a bump stop. It shouldn't matter if you have aftermarket springs, seeing as the dumb *** techs at my Honda dealer replaced my stock springs 3 times in a row and it didn't solve the problem at all.

thats more of a popping noise.

I had this sound and it sounded like metal rattling. Anyhow if I pushed down on the pass side airbag at the very corner where it makes a seam with the rest of the dash I could replicate it. So the Techs put some felt in between the airbag and the mount and then they went underneath the dash through the glovebox and taped up the heater pipe because that was rubbing too. The sound is almost completely gone.
