Dang man that's cheap. Around here anything under 6k is a good price for a 96+ hatch.

i always loved ek's and stil love it.. BUT a eg is easier to fix up man.. think about it... vision corners, factory lip/foglites and some JDM wheels.. YOu'RE SET! but a ek.. it has dumbo mirrors... it has nasty headlights.... it has black stuff everywhere... and parts are more expesnive... u can't just get corners.. u gotta go all out.. damn ctr ehadlights going for 450 on ebay.. thats a big OUCH in my wallet... i saw a bone stock eg... it had a drop and silver rnr's... thats it.. nothing else.. and damn it haad a nasty condition paintjob.. but still it was really nice... it had vision corners and fac lip/foglites... it was dope *** rnr's on ek's dont look as good as eg's

That's why you buy JDM stuff....I bought my Ek9 about a year ago now I have a Civic TYPE R covertion. Jdm Wing, mirrors, front and rear lip, grill, headlights and 18' momo sports about $1,500 later and you look like a CTR! I've also added CTR red recaro seats, gauge cluster about another $1,600. EK's look better, period.

omg, you like the EG just because of its vision corners and lips? thats it...thats your only ******* reason...

So if it isn't big wings and crome wheels its Vision Corners and oversized lips...but it seams the latter is "in."

I like egs because the body design is a clean, smooth, classic look. Eks look great too, but they are more expensive to fix up. Everything for an ek is generally more expensive, after all they are newer cars.

I want an ek hatch sooo bad. Everybody has a fixed up EG...I don't see many nice ek hatches in my area.

haha true.

i'd shoot for aroun 5000 for a great condition stock ek.

eg's are classic, and always will be. they look sweet. but there's just something about the ek.....

i think thats all in where you're located. i'm in PA... and i could not find one at a reasonable price ANYWHERE... it sucked, but i'd see them super-cheap on the west coast all the time. but a week and a half ago, i got a deal i couldn't refuse... and now i'm a proud owner of a 98 CX... and i'm in with it.

nope, i sent that one straight to the junk yard since the axle broke causing me to not be able to get it back into the drive way. therefore, no waterfest in the 16v
