Seriously? Shift at or slightly before redline. It isn't a Ford V8.

Redline doh?

If you want to keep your car in vtakkkk you need to shift at around 8100ish rpms.

If you go over and you don't hit the rev limiter that just means your gauge is off. (That's over the rev limiter not the redline on the tach.)

RACING? ...Never let off the GAS!

The Rev limiter will give you a quick... "POP! POP! POP!" when its at the perfect shifting point!

AGAIN, Dont Let off the gas!... just Push in the clutch and snap it into the next gear!

i can spin the tires going into every gear exept 5th!

Never lost a race yet! (lol yeah right!)

This is great advice. OP, I raced a TT 300zx shifting like this and beat him through a hairpin and chicane (we were both drifting also).

You could just save yourself a lot of time and start in 6th so you don't have to shift at all. Thats what i do and man it awesome!

When racing, I shift at 2k RPM. I usually just race bicycles and grampas on their wheel chairs.
