i have a 99 v6 accord with the bulkier engine. I swaped my civic intake myself .. that was easy but i see there are actually couple of pipes attached to this intake .. should i be careful of anything or just pull it out and put the SRI in? i will post pichaz if you need me to explain.

 

are you talking about the black pipes attached to the intake, and the pipes are twisted upon themselves? if so, this is just the snorkus (yes that is what its called) AKA the resonator AKA the part of the intake that quit it down. i dont believe there is anything special you need to do for that, except make sure your careful not to bump any sensors ex in the engine.

 

As long as they're not connected elsewhere to the engine, just rip it all out.
