MAP Senso
Okay my car is not starting and when it does it has a cel and idles low then dies. I did the paper clip thing and it did 3 quick flashes so I think that is the map sensor how can I tell if it is a bad map sensor?

The MAP sensor gives a measure of the amount of air flowing thru the manifold chamber. In turn, the ECM tells the injectors how much fuel to squirt. I guess a bad sensor or circuit is throwing things out of whack. Try another MAP sensor known to be good. Or if you're sure, buy a new sensor.
