i wouldent bother with springs no matter what springs will eventually blow your shocks just save up for some coilovers. I had H&R springs on my rsx and after a while the shocks blew and i rode like crap and the rear end sagged alot i then bought buddy club N+ coils and it was like night and day the car takes corners like a champ and it helped out alot with my launches

see i want the buddy club N+ but i wanted something right away without having to save the $1100 and the road around here are pretty good. h-techs dont lower them an extreme amount so i figured it wud be ok. 1.0F and .08R

why do you want something right away? especialy if it only lowers it a bit. im just saying the stock shocks are not made to handle lowering springs and if you put springs your just gonna be lazy to buy coilovers later what people dont understand is that you can make all the power in the world but you gotta have a good suspension to put that power to the ground

h-techs are designed to work well with stock shocks

anyways...I have them on my type s and eventhough its not an\ big drop they handle way better than the stock springs. Do whatever works for you and they are supposed to work with the stock shocks. Im happy with them.

uhh... your vtec kicks in at 2200 unless you have k-pro but i don't understand why you would make vtec come in so late if you do have k-pro especially on an A3
