You could probably use Si 26mm front bushings for the rear. They look the same (shape wise).

Rear sway bar bushings are easy. Any standard universal sway bar bushing with D-brackets of proper size to fit your sway bar diameter should work fine.

I'm running Energy Suspension bushings on my ITR rear sway, with Zerk grease fittings on the D-brackets.

The front brackets won't work in the rear, I don't think, because the front ones are made specifically to bolt into those holes on the bottom of the front subframe. The geometry of the brackets is somewhat different than a standard swaybar bushing D-bracket.

As for bushing size, you could probably use the ones made for 1" swaybars. 1" = 25.4mm but you should be able to squeeze a 26mm bar in there. The 1 1/16" bushing is closer to 27mm so that would be too loose, I think.

What are the rear brackets from?

Let me get this right, you have 26mm bars in both front and rear, right? So use the 1" swaybar bushings for both front and rear.

Right I have 26mm bars for the front and rear.. I'm getting 99-00 si front poly bushings cuz the si came with 26mm bars... the back is where I have a problem cuz I don't know of any car that has a 26mm rear sway bar so I can't figure our which bushing to get.. I'm thinking I could use the front bushings in the back also

I would just use Energy Suspension 1" sway bar bushings w/ the brackets that have grease fittings on them. They're like $15, and you might be able to find them at AutoZone. My local stores carry a few different sizes.
