Warranty?
Ok so I took my EP3 for warranty work last week, because my ac went out.
I took everything off the car.. Headers, intake, exahust, but I forgot to change the srpings. Well they fixed the AC, and took the car for a test drive. They told me the heard a noice comming from the front suspencion, so they decided to check it out. To make the story short they voided my entire suspension warranty because of the srpings. Now my question is, Can they do that? I didn't ask them to check my suspension, I just wanted my ac worked on, and there is no noice comming from the front...That is bull ****!
If something happends to the suspension, can I take it to another Honda dealer?

You made modifications from OEM, that voids a warrantee, guilty as charged. Can you put it back to OEM and see if your warantee is voided in the Honda database at another dealer, end of story for the suspension.
they're not suppose to work on any different part of the car without notifying you first. I bet if you tell them to either 1 put it back to how you had it or 2 you'll get a lawyer and bring this into court they'd have a different attitude. This is just like taking your car in for an oil change and they end up changing everything they see wrong and then charging you for it when you did not ask. It is illegal. They did not have your consent to make those changes and if it was noted (which it should be) that you took it in for work on just the A/C then they have to only work on what it was brought in for.

i agree, they should have first question you about the suspension before they did anything to it.

Many shops give a free undercar, or where ever, inspection, its an attempt to make an upsale, its a business trait, there may be a sign in the shop, it may be part of your contract, they are allowed to look things over to attempt to make more money, not from you but from the Maker, warantee work, recalls, TSBs that you dont have to pay for. It happens all the time, work that you didnt authorize and you do not have to pay for, but again, they may try at times to get your money and they may find problems that need attention right now, for real.
I do not think you have a case but you can at least inquire about it.

Tell them to put your springs back on.
You can look through the rims and see if someone put aftermarket springs on. I'm sure they knew about it while working on/test driving the car. Your suspension should be voided but they should not have changed your springs.

This story doesn't sound right. It is illegal for them to do work without your permission, but this is a very big mistake, that a dealership would not make. I think you have left a part out of this story.
Sorry for the misunderstanding!
They never changed my springs.. I meaned they fixed the ac not the springs. I took it in for ac work, and they said that there was a noise comming from the susp. They started to check it out without my permission, and then noticed the springs. They called me and told me the susp warranty was voided, but they didn't charge for anything.
