Default help diagnose rear suspension problem

95 vx no mods

I hit a bump and the rear end is everywhere. sways back and forth feels like wheel is popping out somethimes

I bought the car a week ago and the trailing arm bushings and upper control arms were shot Trail arm bushing was completely gone on one side. It bounced bad then
so i replaces the bushing with ES bushings because it was my best fianacial option at the moment and it only took a couple hours to change them. and i changed the upper control arms with new from dealer.
Shocks are bad i know and they are the original shocks from the look of it and this car has 290,000 . Is this my only problem? all other bushings on rear look good
other than the loose *** you would never know this car had so many miles
??
