Default pleaseeeeeee help.

is there a way? that you can unlock the steering wheel without the key being turned or watever.

as some of you may already kno, my key will not turn at all in my ignition.
i have tried everything from jiggling the steering wheel and turning the key to putting graphite powder (it actually made the key slide in faster, and i can tell it wants to turn, but the damn steering wheel is locked HARD)

i currently think its my steering wheel lock that is not making the key turned.

is there a way i can unlock the steering lock?
and where is it located in my 04civiclx. thanks

what are some other problems that i can take consider?
please help guys.

I'm assuming your putting pressure on the steering wheel and turning it a little as your trying to turn the key.

1)HAVE YOU EVERY DROP YOUR KEY TO HARD OR IN WATER?
2) ARE YOU UP HILL?
3) IS YOUR BATTERY DEAD?

well one day my moms lil toyota had the same problem but the automatic shifter was locked to and nothing would unlock cause the battery was dead. that was the first time i see some sh** like that.

and it wasn't me who locked the steering wheel, it was the stupid tow guy.
had to tow this **** to my house, and my street is sorta uphill but not really, haha.

would that make a difference with the lock?

Be sure to put pressure both ways when you try it most of the time they unlock by turning the wheel counter-clockwise

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with people sharing how to unlock a steering wheel because it's a possible security violation.

Best bet is to call the honda dealer and see what advice they have for you.
