I have a 1989 Accord and it is burning anti-freeze somewhere. You can see it coming out the exhaust pipe. I cannot find where the leak is, can anyone help?

 

if it is coming out of exh pipe you are SOL my friend,, sounds like a blown head gasket ..........,and hopefully not a cracked head,,

have a shop do a leakage test to confirm it..

 

Yes, it is coming out of the exhaust pipe, but we had the head sent to get checked. It was a little off, so they shaved it down to the perfect shape and we replaced the gasket. We are starting to get the smoke down a little, one of the major problems was that the fan wasn't hooked up when we bought it.

did you do the head gasket recently ?? if so, the coolant coming from tail pipe could be what was there before ,,,,,,
if it has been a while, head gasket might be blown again,
