opinion on going from 96 civic to CRX?
I currently own a 96 civic and owe a lil under $5000 on it. i got into an accident this winter and it doubled my insurance to $1400/6mths. I'm now looking into an older car and was considering a CRX.
What does one of these go for that's in good condition??
what should i look for or steer clear of when buying one?
any info anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated.
Thanx!!!!

I like the 88 best (rear steer) but you can't just through big sway bars on it and expect it to handle like a 89 -91 would. If your going "drag" get a HF otherwise I would go with a SI. You can find some screeming deals on them with b16's already installed but remember the motor wasn't put in to be a driver. THEY WERE BEAT. Rust is a big concern and stay away from one with rust unless your a body-man. My cousin in Cali sees them sell between $1,000 and $1,500 (stock) all the time with no rust. Here in WI a rust free one (stock) sells for about $3,000. Just shop around and good luck
