k series tranny?

k series tranny?

have a question im postin for my cuzin...he has a ep3 and was wonderin instead of droppin a six speed tranny, are the gears interchangeable from the six speed and 5 speed..i know the b series are but k's...idk..any help would be appreciated

try posting this topic in that forum. or hvae the mods move it. i did a lil searching myself adn didnt come up with anything either.

You can easily swap trans; but to swap the gears into a base model case; you need the shifter forks and a few other things; there was a write up about it in hondatuning about a year or two ago..lol
