I am just about done rebuilding my motor and transmission. They are both back in the car and just hooking some last things up. My questions is regarding my tranny. We rebuilt it (stock 94 gsr tranny) using all ITR gears and the limited slip except for the final drive gear since the teeth were broken off of it in its old transmission. The only gear in my rebuilt tranny that is the same as before is the gsr final drive. What exactly will this do to the gear ratio / closeness of the gears, if anything? Thanks for the help.

 

they both have a 4.4FD. only 98+ jdm itr tranny's have a 4.7FD.

 

So everything will be the same except I have an LSD now?
