if i change the head on a car thats only running off of 3 cyclinder will it fix the problem???

Lol, missing quite a few letters in his problem.

 

is their no compression in one of the cylinders? Is their no spark in one of the cylinder any fuel going to the cylinder why is it on only 3 cylinder? that will answer your question.

 

Super-vague. What condition is your engine in, and what condition is the one you're pulling off in?

 

reaplacing the head will fix a problem with your bottom end??? okay sure

well i want to buy this 96 civic ...but the owner told me its running off of 3 cylinders so u wont go to fast and it smokes

 

How bout you just invest your money in a car that runs properly. If he says its running off three cylinders, how do you know what else is wrong with it? Sounds like a decision that would most likely regret.

 

nah its not that bad if anything happens ill just rip it out and put a H22 in there

That was gonna be my next suggestion. Probably be better off to swap in a b series or an h series.

 

yah offer him like 500 then put another engine in it, it might as well be sold without engine in that condition, i would grab if from him for dirt cheap.
