Sub frame damage

Default Sub frame damage

I either have to the change the subframe all together or get it straighten just curious, how would I go about changing the sub-frame?

how did you ruin your subframe? no reinforcement for the your big sway?

oh sry, um no pics but honda said it was bent a 1/16" of a inch, I hit a curb at 40mph
