The dealer is asking for $15k but usually, it never goes for that much. And I would think that car is worth more than $12k. I think $11k is the least Ive seen a decent/clean rsx-s go for and that was a white '02 w/tan interior and like 145k miles.

Thats a good deal. Private seller or dealer?
Location also has an effect on how pricing is going to be. Ive seen a few rsx-s go in the $12-13k range where Im from, but most are usually atleast $14k. Thats for an '02-04 RSX-S. For an '05-06 the cheapest Ive seen in my area was around $18-19k

Yeah, thats the only reason I bought it. I just drove bye one day and seen it, so I went in and asked a bout it. He said he wanted 16k for it, so I said "thanks" and left. Came back that Sat, and caught the guy just as he was leaving and told him I wanted it, but it needed work(had an exhaust leak,no maintenance records, was modded with an intake and a GReddy muffler, had illegal tint, scratches that were touched up in the wrong color,etc...). After that I let it sit for awhile, came back offered him 12 for it he said he cant let it leave for less than 12,500 and we made the deal. A little talking and some good negotiating can get you a good deal, dont be afraid to leave the car sit there for awhile and then go back and try to talk them down. Worked for me.

I think the price may be area dependent. I live in Cali and I've been looking for a Type S for the last few months. Prices range from $13,500-$15000 for a vehicle with 50kto 100K on the odo.
