would a DC Sports ITR replica header fit my 99 si wit out modifying the radiator fan or replacing it?

unless youre talking about the JDM DC 4-1...

if its a b series header it should work.

Yes, the DC Sports JDM 4-1 will clear the radiator fans with plenty of room to spare. The only modification necessary is at the cat.
