If you have a power steering leak it can cause a noise. clean up all or any ps fluid if there is any, Test drive the vehicle around and inspect again for any leaks around the ps, if there is a leak then that can be your problem. good luck

 

i have almost the same problem,, but the sound i get is like when you are in reverse... it gets louder when i turn the steering wheel!!!! any body can help me?
