If he already has the integra then he can swap the whole fuel system over. If its carbureated like you said then hell need to swap it all over, i.e. fuel tank, pump, lines etc., in order for it to handle the fuel injection.if he buys an Si then he dosent have to worry about any of that and the motor will swap straight over. Then all hell need is the motor, trans, ecu. Hes in a good situation to owning the integra because he can also swap the seats and front and rear brakes(dump the drums for disks) and with the teg motor the car will be a lot more powerful than the stock civic motor. Theres a 3rd gen civic site that talks all about this but im not sure the web address. Somebody on here has it in their sig. Thats a good swap. Good luck!

this swap was in a magazine around this time last year, white 84-87 hatch with an old teg motor. possibly super street?

after that issue, they did a B16 in a 84-87 rexer and it was a nice swap.

Seat Four gave you most the information. To swap the 87 Teg motor into a 84 to 87 Carbed CRX you will need to swap the entire fuel system and wiring system over. You will need to pretty much gut the interior of the CRX as well as pull the motor and wiring harness that is already there. I think you can get by with keeping the original under dash harness for the most part. You will then need to pull evertything out of the theg and begin to install it in the CRX. He was correct you need the fuel pump, fuel lines including the return line, as well as all the wiring from the Teg. Because the cars are slightly different in size you may have to shorten or otherwise change a few minor things in the fuel system and wiring harness. The motor and tranny will bolt right in, no need for any mount kit. Like was mentioned before you can also swap over the brake system for an slight upgrade in braking power. The entire rear axle can be swapped over to accomplish this. You will need the parking brake cable from the Teg as well. since they are longer you will have to find a creative way of routing the cable to take up the extra length.

this is a mess that will take time. you will need to get inside and engine harnesses for the motor and basicly re wire the car to cluster, controls etc.
