What exactly are you asking? Are you looking for better visibility or just asking for opinions on helping you choose HID's or brighter light bulbs?

lol wtf? Hid's on stock housing's will dispurse a horrible beam pattern, a shitload of glare towards on-coming traffic and could possibly cause you to get pulled over thus receiving a ticket. Go for the retrofit!

Just a statement equally as vague as " I heard that there are some light bulbs from philip that is pretty bright."

Civic headlight housings suck donkey **** for HID. You need to put an HID projector in there.

Either that, or get the new brighter Philips halogen headlights.
